Spring brings thoughts of flowers, new growth, blue skies, and lots of greening up!
Recipe:
5x7 cream colored pre-folded card
Rounded the bottom corners
Paper Pups cartridge, page 119, tree--1 cut at 4" and one at 3-3/4", solid and blackout
Brown cardstock from stash; stamped the tree trunks with grain looking pattern, sienna ink
The green paper came from an older Halloween stack.
(I had cut out the shadow, too, for both and forgot to use them!)
Blue background from DCWV Photo Stack 2
Free hand cut solid green cardstock
Used Fiskars grass border punch on grass-looking paper also from DCWV Photo Stack 2
Paper Pups cartridge, page 119, birds, cut at real dial size 1-1/2" (only used 1)
Punched all the flowers with a mini-punch; added gem or gel pen centers
Hello Spring is actually two stamps; Spring is a Studio G stamp; not sure about Hello

Thanks for visiting my blog!! To answer your questions about the PK stamps, I cut the bunny out at 3 inches and used the assortment pack to find a perfect sized face. If you are just getting started I would suggest either the everyday face assortment or the princess face assortment and if you want cute little animal faces I would go with the medium sized critter faces they are good with card sized cuts!!
ReplyDeleteLet me know if you have anyother questions!
Lots of Cricut Love,
