Quick and Simple Birthday Card

This was an easy and quick card to make that I wanted to share; using DCWV Mediterranean cardstock.  Beautiful patterns.  Cut a 4-1/2" square card with frame, used a scallop punch and circle punch for Happy Birthday Sentiment.  Easy peasy!
