RAINBOW COLORS

Use the colors of the rainbow in your creation; here's the card I made.

I used Groovy Times cartridge for the smiley face t-shirt with the rainbow wave!  This cart takes me back to my teenager years.  Lots of cute images from the 70's.  The Smile oval was actually found on A Child's Year cartridge.  I used Spots and Dots embossing folder on the light blue backgrond, and added a few star brads.
