Scroll down to the previous post to see what I made for the Die Cuttin' Divas challenge this week--favorite pet. Thanks to everyone who has left me a comment so far. I had some questions about that sentiment on the front of the card, and I guess I really didn't explain it too well. It was actually a wooden stamp--quite a large one in fact--that I believe I bought at Michael's from their $1.00 bins. After buying it, I thought, oh my it's so big I might never use it. But when this challenge came up and I found the cat and bird cut on Cricut Lite Meow, well, I just knew it was perfect. I didn't ink the birdie on the stamp, but instead, put the paper birdie in that space (sort of). Thanks for all your comments; they're much appreciated.
The sentiment on the inside of the card was typed on my computer using a font called Tall Paul.
Hey Pat, thanks for the explanation. I wish I could find a font similar to the one in the stamp to download. I love it.
ReplyDeleteI almost forgot- the embossing folder you asked about is by Lifestyle Crafts (formerly Quickutz) but I don't know the name of the folder.

I am so glad you shared the picture of that stamp. I was wondering. What do oyu use to cover the part that you don't want to use? My card...yes...my dog wants to go for a walk ALL the time just to sniff. The kids get annoyed and do not like to take her any more. Too bad they didn't have a stamp...Sniff Time!
